Description
This acrylic sealer is designed as a basecoat to protect floors for years. This premium water based, all acrylic copolymer and metal cross-linked emulsion that dries to a tough and continuous film.
Dries quickly with excellent leveling. Seals and fills pores to provide a protective coating and to properly prepare the floor for the final finish coats. May be used on most
types of floor surfaces, including vinyl, vinyl composition, asphalt tile, linoleum, concrete, terrazzo, quarry and many others.
DIRECTIONS
A properly prepared floor is essential for long lasting performance and beauty.
Application
Remove all old finish with a strong stripper. Rinse thoroughly and let dry. Apply 1 to 2 coats of floor sealer. Allow to dry between coats. Approximately 30 minutes dry
time per coat. Floor is now ready to receive the finish top coats for extra gloss and protection. Coverage is approximately 1500 sq.ft. per gallon.
Daily Maintenance
Daily dust mopping and frequent damp mopping with a neutral cleaner.
